A Bit More About Me
I’ve called six different cities home across Brazil and the U.S. I was born in Brazil and moved to California 13 years ago, a decision that ended up shaping both my life and career.
Brazil is where my roots are, but now the U.S. is home too. Starting over gave me a different perspective on people, culture, and work. I still say my years in Silicon Valley were better than any MBA I could have done. Being surrounded by founders, ideas, and people building what’s next changed the way I think and work.
LIFE OUTSIDE WORK
Family and friends are a huge part of my life. My mom is my biggest inspiration, and a lot of what drives me is wanting to make her proud, take care of her, and give back some of everything she’s given me.
Most of my time outside of work is spent with my girlfriend, who is my biggest supporter and the person I love most. She’s from Boston but has a Brazilian soul. She spends a lot of time in Brazil with me, is learning Portuguese, and has truly embraced the culture, my family, and the people I love. I couldn’t do big things without her by my side.

A Passion for Sports.
Over the last few years, I’ve done a triathlon and learned to sail, surf, snowboard, wakeboard, and golf. Outside of work, that, for me, was the California dream.
Sports are a constant reminder that you don’t have to be good at something at first; you just have to keep showing up. Running, cycling, hiking, working out, and spending time in nature are also how I reset.
